The Digital Hub review: three priced paths, a strict no-refund policy, and thin independent buyer evidence
The Digital Hub is an online-business and social-media growth curriculum sold by Chelsea Ouimet and Kayla Elderkin through thedigitalhub.company. Seller pages list three one-time paths from $197 to $2,997, with published terms that say all sales are final. Independent reviews of typical student outcomes for this product are scarce. Press coverage of Ouimet mainly concerns her earlier promotion of Legendary Marketer. We did not buy the program, and a published product is not proof that buyers get the marketed results.

Our verdict (editorial opinion)
Seller pages show a real Kajabi product with published path prices and terms that say all sales are final. Independent evidence on typical student outcomes for The Digital Hub itself is still thin. We confirmed Basic $197 and Advanced Bundle $2,997 on live checkout pages, and Social Media Growth $1,297 on the sales page (that path’s checkout body was not opened). NBC News (March 2024) covered complaints about Legendary Marketer ads Ouimet promoted — that is separate from this course. We withhold a value verdict until more independent buyer reports exist.
Last verified: 7 November 2026 · Research-based review (we did not buy The Digital Hub or Business Building Besties) · Prices and terms are as shown on the cited seller pages on that date
We did not buy it. This review is based on the public sales page, vendor documents, marketplace data and third-party or community reports, checked on 31 October 2026. We claim no hands-on use.
No affiliate relationship: we are not an affiliate for The Digital Hub and no link on this page earns us money. Links to the seller are plain links, marked nofollow. See how we review creator courses.

The short version
- What it is (seller description): three self-paced courses branded “3 Paths to Profit” covering digital/affiliate marketing, social growth and advanced funnels/email/products, sold from thedigitalhub.company/pathstoprofit (read 7 Nov 2026).
- Price: Basic $197.00 on checkout (opened 7 Nov 2026); Social Media Growth $1,297 as listed on the sales page with offer link Ky5moqwz (checkout page body not opened this pass); Advanced Bundle $2,997.00 on checkout (opened 7 Nov 2026).
- Refunds (published terms): “All sales of the Product and/or Services are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances…” (Terms, last updated 1 July 2025; same notice on the checkouts we opened). That is the seller’s contract language. Statutory consumer rights can vary by jurisdiction; this page is not legal advice about whether those terms are enforceable where you live.
- Coaching extras (seller copy): pathstoprofit states weekly coaching, unlimited audits and the private Facebook community are included only with the Advanced Bundle; Basic and Growth are “standalone” courses (read 7 Nov 2026). The free-masterclass page markets those extras next to all three path prices — read both pages before paying.
- Higher-touch offer: Business Building Besties (seller abbreviation “BBB”) is a separate mentorship/done-for-you path via businessbuildingbesties.com; we did not confirm a public sticker price on pages we opened.
- Trustpilot / Better Business Bureau: we did not find a matching Digital Hub company profile in Trustpilot or BBB.org name searches on 7 Nov 2026. On these seller pages, “BBB” means Business Building Besties, not the Better Business Bureau.
Not enough third-party information to reach a full verdict
We looked for independent evidence and did not find enough to judge whether this product does what it says. Most of what is published about it comes from the vendor or from affiliates who earn a commission if you buy. Here is exactly what we checked and what was missing.
What we checked
- Seller home, freemasterclass, pathstoprofit, terms (1 Jul 2025), Basic checkout, Advanced checkout
- NBC News 21 Mar 2024 and Entrepreneur 22 Mar 2024 on Legendary Marketer promotions naming Ouimet
- NY Weekly 29 Aug 2024 feature on Elderkin & Ouimet (promotional tone)
- Trustpilot and BBB.org name searches (no Digital Hub match found)
- Legendary Marketer farewell page / ALS LM review for closed-status context
What was missing
- Social Media Growth checkout page body (price taken from sales page listing only)
- Readable Reddit thread bodies (bot-blocked this pass)
- YouTube review transcripts/comments
- Typical earnings or completion rates for Digital Hub students
- Business Building Besties public checkout price
- A scoped FTC/SEC/court-docket search naming Digital Hub entities
Claims that need corroboration before a fair verdict is possible
- Seller revenue, follower and student-count marketing figures
- Selected student testimonials on seller pages
- Secondary blogs still quoting about $1,697 for Digital Hub

What it costs
| Item | Cost / term | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Basic Course | $197.00 USD one-time (checkout opened) | Basic checkout |
| Social Media Growth Course | $1,297 listed on sales page; checkout body not opened | pathstoprofit (offer Ky5moqwz) |
| Advanced Bundle | $2,997.00 USD one-time (checkout opened) | Advanced checkout |
| Seller “individual” vs bundle math | $4,491 if bought separately vs $2,997 bundle (seller copy) | pathstoprofit |
| Refunds (published terms) | All sales final; no refunds | Terms + checkout notices |
| Payment plans (published terms) | Buyer remains liable for remaining payments; late fee “3% each week” on remaining balance | Terms |
| Lifetime access (published terms) | Duration of the company, not the buyer’s lifetime; Digital Hub products only (not BBB mentorship), per terms | Terms |
Some secondary review sites still quote about $1,697 (for example MarksInsights, dated 20 May 2026). That figure did not appear on the live pathstoprofit page or the Basic/Advanced checkouts we opened on 7 November 2026.
What the seller says is inside
The following curriculum bullets are the seller’s own descriptions on the linked pages, not an audit of the members’ area:
- Basic ($197): per the Basic checkout, 13 modules; niche, tools, funnel/lead magnet, first social account, launch checklist; social-media audit checklist bonus (read 7 Nov 2026).
- Social Media Growth ($1,297 listed): per pathstoprofit, 45+ trainings; IG/FB growth; hooks/storytelling; “53 Reels in 3 Hours” batching; 142 prompts; faceless option; DM automation (read 7 Nov 2026).
- Advanced Bundle ($2,997): per pathstoprofit and the Advanced checkout, Basic + Growth plus advanced funnels/email/digital products/automation and ChatGPT prompts; those pages also say weekly coaching, unlimited audits and private community come with this tier (read 7 Nov 2026).
- Free entry: opt-in masterclass marketing on freemasterclass (we did not submit an email).
Published refund and liability language
Besides the no-refund rule, the 1 July 2025 terms (and the checkout copies we opened) include language about not disputing card charges, collection if payment fails, non-disparagement, New York / Erie County venue, and a maximum damages cap of $100. An earnings disclaimer says income examples are not guarantees. We are quoting published contract text. Whether any clause is enforceable, and what mandatory consumer or chargeback rights you have, depends on where you live and is outside the scope of this review.
Legendary Marketer context (not a Digital Hub verdict)
NBC News (Vicky Nguyen and Robert Powell, 21 March 2024) reported on Legendary Marketer’s $7 challenge and high-ticket upsell. It named Chelsea Ouimet as a social-media promoter (“Chelsea the Affiliate” / “Hustle with Chelsea”), quoted lifestyle and income-style claims from her videos, interviewed customers who said they were surprised by the upsell, and said Ouimet did not respond to comment requests. CEO Dave Sharpe said he was working with affiliates including Ouimet on disclosure. Entrepreneur (22 March 2024) summarised the same reporting and contrasted a “$177,566” average figure attributed to Ouimet’s content with a ZipRecruiter affiliate-marketer pay figure cited in that article.
Legendary Marketer’s own site now shows a farewell message (legendarymarketer.com, previously read for our LM review). See our Legendary Marketer review for that closed-product record. None of that is a court or regulator finding that The Digital Hub is fraudulent, and a live product page is not evidence that marketed results are typical.
Independent community evidence
About the allegations on this page. Statements from Reddit, Trustpilot or YouTube users are their own opinions or accounts. We quote or summarise them with a link and date; we have not verified them, and we do not present them as fact.
- Digital Hub–specific Trustpilot / Better Business Bureau: none found in our 7 Nov 2026 name searches.
- Reddit / YouTube: search indexes show older threads and videos about Ouimet or affiliate marketing; Reddit blocked automated reads this pass, and we did not open YouTube transcripts, so we do not quote them here.
- Seller testimonials on chelseaouimet.com and Digital Hub pages are selected by the seller; we have not verified them.
- NY Weekly (29 Aug 2024) published a lifestyle feature on Elderkin and Ouimet as Digital Hub co-founders. It closely tracks their marketing narrative and is not independent outcome evidence for the curriculum.
- Spectator (31 Oct 2023) criticised the broader “affiliate course resale” influencer model and mentioned Ouimet with Kayla Hutchins in an earlier Facebook mentorship — a different pairing than Elderkin on today’s Digital Hub sites.
The seller's side
On Ouimet’s About page and Elderkin’s About page, they describe themselves as former nurses who built large social followings and an education brand; Digital Hub pages publish a free masterclass before the paid paths. Their terms include an earnings disclaimer and define “lifetime” access as the life of the company. We have not contacted them for this review; we will publish a factual response if they send one.
Our verdict
Caution. Seller pages show a currently sold Digital Hub product with clear Basic and Advanced checkout prices and a Social Media Growth price on the sales page. The published terms are buyer-unfriendly on refunds and payment plans. Marketing on the free-masterclass page can make coaching/community sound included across paths, while the sales page limits those extras to the Advanced Bundle — confirm which SKU you are buying. Independent evidence that typical buyers earn meaningful income from The Digital Hub is not yet strong enough for a “worth it” call. Prior NBC reporting about Legendary Marketer promotions is attributed press context, not a scam label for this course, and we are not treating product existence as proof of efficacy.
What we like
- Basic and Advanced prices confirmed on live checkout pages
- Free masterclass funnel before purchase (seller)
- Curriculum outline is specific on seller pages (modules, paths, bonuses)
- Earnings disclaimer present in published terms
What to watch out for
- Published terms: all sales final; payment-plan late fees
- Coaching/community inclusion differs between freemasterclass and pathstoprofit copy
- Very little independent Digital Hub outcome evidence
- Income/follower/student figures remain seller claims
- Secondary sites may still show outdated ~$1,697 pricing
- Social Media Growth checkout body not opened this pass

The Digital Hub FAQ
How much is The Digital Hub?
On 7 November 2026, checkout showed Basic at $197.00 and the Advanced Bundle at $2,997.00. The sales page lists Social Media Growth at $1,297; we did not open that path’s checkout body. Older secondary articles quoting about $1,697 did not match the live pages we opened.
Does The Digital Hub offer refunds?
Published terms and the checkout notices we opened say all sales are final and no refunds will be issued. That is the seller’s contract language; statutory rights can vary by place.
Is weekly coaching included?
The pathstoprofit sales page says weekly coaching, unlimited audits and the private Facebook community are included only with the Advanced Bundle. Basic and Growth are described as standalone. Confirm on the offer page before you pay.
Is The Digital Hub a scam?
We do not use that word. Seller pages show a real product from named founders. Our caution is about no-refund terms, marketing clarity on what each tier includes, and the lack of strong independent outcome data — plus separate press about prior Legendary Marketer promotions.
Is Business Building Besties the Better Business Bureau?
No. On these seller pages, BBB means Business Building Besties, a higher-touch mentorship offer.
