Legendary Marketer review: closed in 2026, and what former buyers reported about the upsell
Legendary Marketer sold affiliate-marketing training through a $5–$7 challenge, then offered a $2,500 “Business Blueprints” package on a call with an advisor. Its website now shows only a farewell message. We read the seller's site, its BBB complaint file, its Trustpilot profile, two Reddit threads and two YouTube videos with their comments.

Our verdict (editorial opinion)
The company has closed. While it operated, buyers consistently described a cheap challenge that led to a $2,500 upsell sold on an advisor call. Its own site now reads “Thank You For 9 Unforgettable Years!”. BBB lists 18 complaints in three years, mostly about the product and service, and the company answered most of them. Do not pay anyone now selling “Legendary Marketer” access or continuations.

The short version
- Status: closed. The seller's homepage shows only “Thank You For 9 Unforgettable Years! Be Legendary!” (read 31 Oct 2026). A platinum affiliate's video (February 2026) says customers had until March 31, 2026 to download course files.
- What it sold: a $5–$7 multi-day challenge, then the $2,500 “Business Blueprints” with coaching, sold through an assigned advisor.
- BBB: not accredited; “18 complaints in the last 3 years”, one in the last 12 months (13 answered, 4 resolved, 1 unanswered).

What buyers report
About the allegations on this page. Statements from Reddit, Trustpilot or YouTube users are their own opinions or accounts. We quote or summarise them with a link and date; we have not verified them, and we do not present them as fact.
- BBB complaint, 25 Nov 2024: a buyer says they bought the Blueprints for $2,500 in January 2024 “after being persuaded by affiliates”, that the $7 challenge “acted as a funnel to upsell the $2,500 course”, and that they were also steered to a domain, funnel software and an LLC service. The company answered (see the seller's side).
- BBB complaint, 31 Aug 2026 (unanswered): a buyer who paid in January 2021 at 18 asks for a refund, saying “Because I had already invested $2,500, I continued participating”, and notes that “Legendary Marketer has since ceased operations”.
- r/Affiliatemarketing, Apr 2023: u/DoryDahmer21: “For 12 months I struggled hard… I didn’t make one single sale.” u/TopBest__123: “I paid $2500 for them”. u/ExamIntelligent7003 says you can't get past the early days of the challenge without a sales rep whose job is to sell a $2,500+ package. u/Extension-Ad-9371: “It’s not a scam. But it’s not the greatest education.”
- r/Affiliatemarketing, Jan 2024: u/Skyblewize “tried like hell to sell them for 3 months and never made a dime”. In contrast, u/Expensive_Wafer4112 reports $14, then about $1,400 and $1,300 months, then five figures by month five, and u/gtrman1569 says their advisor unlocked later days without them buying the Blueprints.
- YouTube, The Savvy Couple, Oct 2024: the reviewers praise the challenge but warn about “the $2,500 business blueprint upsell”. They promote Legendary Marketer with their own link, so they are not independent. A commenter (@CydraWeb) wrote: “Have to wait 4 days to meet with advisor”.
- YouTube, Alex Ford, Feb 2026: a self-described platinum Legendary affiliate explains the closure. A commenter (@patrickwalters8649) wrote that the course materials are “now they are gone and i can no longer access them”; the presenter replied, “They gave about a month for members to download all the course content.”
Not enough third-party information to reach a full verdict
We looked for independent evidence and did not find enough to judge whether this product does what it says. Most of what is published about it comes from the vendor or from affiliates who earn a commission if you buy. Here is exactly what we checked and what was missing.
What we checked
- Seller homepage and refund-policy URL (both now show the farewell message)
- BBB profile and complaint file (18 complaints, several with company responses)
- Trustpilot profile (score and count only; review text did not load)
- Reddit threads 131rdlh (61 items) and 1absx4j (33 items)
- Two YouTube videos (transcripts) and 23 comments
- FTC and state records: nothing found
What was missing
- The original refund terms and contract, now offline
- Any independent data on how many Blueprints buyers earned back $2,500
- Trustpilot review text
Claims that need corroboration before a fair verdict is possible
- Earnings reported by individual users, positive or negative
- Claims in a BBB complaint about tax-refund promises for an LLC service
- Reports that a class action was “in the works” (one YouTube commenter); we found no filing
If you have bought this product, we would like to hear what you received, what you paid in total and whether a refund was honoured. Contact us. We will update this page when better evidence exists.
The seller's side
In its BBB responses the company says its affiliate guidelines “strictly prohibit making unsubstantiated income claims”, that the $7 challenge is an introductory product, that the Blueprints include ongoing updates, live training and coaching at no extra charge, and that refund requests outside the published window were declined “to ensure fairness and consistency”. In one answer it says a complainant had not used the contract's “Success Guarantee” coaching clause. Several Reddit users say the training had value, and one reports steady earnings. The affiliate video describes the closure as an orderly wind-down with time to download materials.
Our verdict
Caution. There is nothing left to buy from the company, so this page is mainly a record. While it operated, the pattern in independent reports was consistent: an inexpensive challenge, an advisor call, and a $2,500 package that many buyers say did not lead to income. If anyone now offers “Legendary Marketer” materials, coaching or a successor program, treat it as a new seller and check it on its own record.
What we like
- Some buyers report real progress and useful training
- Company answered most BBB complaints
- Orderly closure with a download window, per an affiliate
What to watch out for
- Company closed in 2026
- Low-cost challenge led to a $2,500 upsell, per many buyers
- Much of the promotion came from commissioned affiliates
- Refund requests outside the window were declined

Legendary Marketer FAQ
Is Legendary Marketer still open?
No. Its homepage now shows only a farewell message (checked 31 Oct 2026). An affiliate video says customers could download materials until March 31, 2026.
How much did the Business Blueprints cost?
$2,500, according to buyers, an affiliate reviewer and BBB complaints. The entry challenge cost $5–$7.
Is Legendary Marketer a scam?
We don't use that word. We found no regulatory action. Buyers' complaints concern the upsell, income expectations and refunds; the company disputed many of them.
