Power of Discipline PLR review: a 2017 self-help ebook pack, sold with different rights by different sellers
Power of Discipline is a 70-page self-discipline ebook sold with private label rights and a ready-made sales funnel. JVZoo's marketplace lists it at $37 with 544 sales. The vendor's own page dates it to 2017, and other PLR stores now sell the same title with more restrictive rights for less.

Our verdict (editorial opinion)
Plausible self-help content at a fair PLR price, but old, widely resold and without refund data. We could read the vendor page and two marketplace listings, but not the book. The content dates from 2017. JVZoo's public marketplace shows 544 sales at $37 (31 Oct 2026). We found no refund-rate data and no independent review of the writing.

Not enough third-party information to reach a full verdict
We looked for independent evidence and did not find enough to judge whether this product does what it says. Most of what is published about it comes from the vendor or from affiliates who earn a commission if you buy. Here is exactly what we checked and what was missing.
What we checked
- The vendor's sales page on abundanceprint.com (31 Oct 2026)
- JVZoo's public marketplace listing for the Self Improvement category (31 Oct 2026)
- IDPLR's listing of the same title (31 Oct 2026)
- Search results for independent reviews
What was missing
- Any sample of the ebook text
- A JVZoo refund rate (the product isn't in the OTO Ledger data we used)
- Any independent review of the writing quality
- The current licence file for the JVZoo version
Claims that need corroboration before a fair verdict is possible
- That the topic is “guaranteed to sell well” (vendor page)
- That the content is “never-seen-before” in 2026, given it has been resold since 2017
- That the sales funnel still works with today's tools
If you have bought this product, we would like to hear what you received, what you paid in total and whether a refund was honoured. Contact us. We will update this page when better evidence exists.
Price, and the same title elsewhere
| Where | Price | Rights stated | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| JVZoo marketplace | $37 | Private Label Rights (title) | jvzoomarket.com, 31 Oct 2026 |
| Vendor page | Not shown in the page text | Full PLR, plus RR and MRR certificates | abundanceprint.com, 31 Oct 2026 |

What “PLR” actually means
Private Label Rights (PLR) is a licence to put your own name on content someone else wrote and to edit and sell it. It is not exclusivity. The same pack is sold to every buyer, and resellers often pass it on again, so you will compete with other copies of the same text. Related licences are narrower. Resell rights (RR) let you sell the product as it is. Master resell rights (MRR) also let your buyers resell it. Neither usually lets you change the content. The exact terms are in the licence file that comes with each pack, and different sellers of the “same” product can attach different terms. Read that file before you rebrand anything. Buying PLR saves writing time. It does not give you an audience, a unique product or an income.
What the ebook covers
According to the vendor page: why discipline matters more than motivation, seven strategies for building self-discipline, how successful people use it, instant gratification against long-term rewards, and how discipline affects health, relationships and work. Those are standard self-help themes. The vendor quotes three endorsements from other PLR sellers (PLRSalesFunnels.com, ProfitLeadFunnels.com and Firelaunchers), one of whom says he received a review copy.
Vendor track record
Yu Shaun Tan and Cally Lee sell several self-help PLR packs under the Abundance Print name. The same JVZoo marketplace page lists their Procrastination Killer pack at $37 with 431 sales. We have no refund data for either.
JVZoo marketplace figures: "OTO Ledger" refers to the third-party JVZoo tracker otoledger.com, which captured JVZoo's affiliate listing data on 21 Oct 2026. Its "median" is the median refund rate across the JVZoo funnels it tracks (6.71%). Refund rates are percentages of sales that were refunded as published by JVZoo; they are not a measure of product quality on their own, but a rate far above the median means many buyers asked for their money back.
Is Power of Discipline PLR a scam or legit?
Nothing suggests a scam: it is an ordinary PLR pack with a 30-day guarantee. The questions are value and licence. Ask the vendor for a sample chapter and the licence file before you pay, and expect to rewrite much of the text so that it isn't identical to copies already for sale.
What we like
- Clear deliverables: ebook, funnel, graphics
- Editable DOC files under PLR
- 30-day guarantee
- 544 sales on JVZoo's marketplace
What to watch out for
- Content from 2017
- No sample text or independent review
- No refund data
- Sold elsewhere for less with fewer rights

Also from these sellers: Procrastination Killer PLR
Yu Shaun and Cally's earlier self-help pack, “[PLR] Procrastination Killer”, launched on JVZoo on 15 May 2017 at a $10 front-end price with 100% affiliate commission (MunchEye launch listing). On 31 October 2026 JVZoo's public marketplace listed it at $37 with 431 sales. We found no refund-rate data, no sales page we could open and no independent review, so it does not get its own review. The same cautions apply: it is 2017 content, sold with different rights by different stores.
