ChatGPT Prompts PLR is a pack of 10,000 ChatGPT prompts in ten business categories, sold on JVZoo for a few dollars with private label rights, so you can rebrand and resell them. It is cheap and does what it says. The sales pitch, though, overstates what reselling a widely sold prompt pack will earn.

Cheap and real, but its value is as a personal swipe file, not as a business. The pack sold 250+ front-end copies at an average of $6.97, with a 9.55% funnel refund rate (OTO Ledger, 21 Oct 2026), above the 6.71% median. The sales page's suggestion that you can resell it at “twice the price” and start “your own AI empire” ignores that every buyer gets the same 10,000 prompts and the same rights.

What you get
The sales page lists the ten categories above and says the prompts are “perfectly organised”. It adds that “we included training” and “24/7 support”, without details. We did not see a sample of the prompts. The page also mixes in copy that doesn't fit the product: it says you can change “the cover design, adding new chapters” and skip “creating viral videos from scratch”, wording that looks reused from the vendors' other PLR pages. What “PLR” actually means
Private Label Rights (PLR) is a licence to put your own name on content someone else wrote and to edit and sell it. It is not exclusivity. The same pack is sold to every buyer, and resellers often pass it on again, so you will compete with other copies of the same text. Related licences are narrower. Resell rights (RR) let you sell the product as it is. Master resell rights (MRR) also let your buyers resell it. Neither usually lets you change the content. The exact terms are in the licence file that comes with each pack, and different sellers of the “same” product can attach different terms. Read that file before you rebrand anything. Buying PLR saves writing time. It does not give you an audience, a unique product or an income.

OTO Ledger lists 33 launches by Luan & Trevor Carr between July 2024 and July 2026, with 13,650+ JVZoo funnel sales and an average refund rate of 4.1%. Most are low-priced PLR packs (video courses, business courses, AI side-hustle bundles). This one's 9.55% is above their own average.
JVZoo marketplace figures: "OTO Ledger" refers to the third-party JVZoo tracker otoledger.com, which captured JVZoo's affiliate listing data on 21 Oct 2026. Its "median" is the median refund rate across the JVZoo funnels it tracks (6.71%). Refund rates are percentages of sales that were refunded as published by JVZoo; they are not a measure of product quality on their own, but a rate far above the median means many buyers asked for their money back.
Is ChatGPT Prompts PLR a scam or legit?
It's a legitimate, low-cost product from a high-volume PLR vendor. Buy it if you want a big swipe file of prompts for your own work. Don't buy it expecting a business. Free prompt guides from AI providers cover the basics, and a resale pack that thousands of others own is hard to sell at a profit.
