Matt Par Tube Mastery review: caution on refunds
Tube Mastery and Monetization is Matt Par’s course on building faceless and personal YouTube channels, sold with optional higher-priced coaching. We read the sales page, the terms on his Tube Accelerator site, Trustpilot, BBB’s directory, a Reddit thread, and a buyer’s YouTube review with its transcript and comments.

Our verdict (editorial opinion)
Caution. The course sales page promises a 60-day refund, but the terms on the related Tube Accelerator site say purchases are non-refundable and require arbitration at the buyer’s cost. Course buyers we found are positive about the content; recent complaints concern the $4,000–$6,000 coaching tier and refunds that buyers say were refused.

The short version
- Price (sales page): Tube Mastery 3.0 “$997 Or 3 installments of $366” (shown against $1,500); Tube Coaching $4,000 (shown against $5,000). The page claims a “Total Value: $8,152”, which is the seller’s figure.
- Sales-page guarantee: “we will refund your money 100% if you are not happy with the program within 60 days of purchase.”
- Tube Accelerator terms: “Once payment is received, the purchase is non-refundable.” Disputes go to “mandatory arbitration in the state of Minnesota” where the buyer “shall bear the full cost of arbitration as permitted by law.” We could not tell from the pages which terms apply to which product: ask before paying.

What buyers report
About the allegations on this page. Statements from Reddit, Trustpilot or YouTube users are their own opinions or accounts. We quote or summarise them with a link and date; we have not verified them, and we do not present them as fact.
- Trustpilot, Aug 2026: in a review titled “Give Matt Par's Tube Acceletor A Wide Birth”, a buyer says a manager agreed to refund part of a payment, “to the tune of over $1,100”, then “refused to discuss it further”.
- Trustpilot, May 2026: a coaching buyer says the head coach’s advice “does not justify the USD6K fee paid” and that their refund request went unanswered.
- Trustpilot, Oct 2024: “Can't Recommend - Additional Fees not Revealed”.
- YouTube, Oli & Alicia, Jun 2025: a buyer who says they paid “£1,697.92 ($2,000) back in June 2022” for the course with group mentoring says there are “no hidden upsells” and points to a Facebook group of “6.1K members”. A commenter who says they lost $20,000 following the course disputes this; the reviewers reply that their channel still earns.
- r/NewTubers, Jul 2022: commenters dismiss the course; one notes the question was posted by an 18-day-old account across several subreddits. No first-hand buyer accounts.
Not enough third-party information to reach a full verdict
We looked for independent evidence and did not find enough to judge whether this product does what it says. Most of what is published about it comes from the vendor or from affiliates who earn a commission if you buy. Here is exactly what we checked and what was missing.
What we checked
- Sales page go.mattpar.com
- Terms page tubeaccelerator.com/terms
- Trustpilot members.mattpar.com (4 reviews)
- BBB directory search (no listing)
- FTC site search (no case found)
- Reddit thread vvutuc (5 comments)
- One YouTube buyer review: transcript and 12 comments
What was missing
- Which refund terms apply to the course vs coaching
- Independent outcome data
- More than a handful of first-hand reviews
Claims that need corroboration before a fair verdict is possible
- Refund accounts on Trustpilot
- The $20,000 loss claim
- Seller’s “Total Value” figure
- Channel earnings claims
If you have bought this product, we would like to hear what you received, what you paid in total and whether a refund was honoured. Contact us. We will update this page when better evidence exists.
The seller’s side
The sales page offers a 60-day, 100% refund on the course and a payment plan. Buyers on YouTube describe detailed tutorials, a bonus AI module and an active community, and say the course itself has no upsells. We will publish any response from Matt Par or his team, including clarification of the refund terms.
Our verdict
Caution. The course content draws praise from buyers we could find, but the refund promises conflict across his own pages and recent complaints describe refused coaching refunds. Before paying, get the refund terms for the exact product in writing, and avoid the coaching tier unless the refund terms are clear.
What we like
- Published price with a payment plan
- 60-day refund promise on the course sales page
- Buyers praise course depth and community
What to watch out for
- Separate terms say “non-refundable” with buyer-paid arbitration
- Coaching refund complaints in 2026
- Unclaimed Trustpilot profile with few reviews

$997 or three payments of $366 on the sales page we read on 31 Oct 2026; coaching was $4,000.

Why not Sam Ovens’s Skool course?
We chose Matt Par for this batch because Sam Ovens’s Skool-era accelerator is closed to new buyers and we found too little first-hand evidence to review it.
