Iman Gadzhi Agency Navigator review: the course site has closed, and there is too little evidence for a verdict
Agency Navigator was Iman Gadzhi's course on starting a social media marketing agency (SMMA). In October 2026 its website did not load, and Trustpilot says the site has closed. Iman Gadzhi's current offer is Digital Launchpad, a $37-a-month membership. Here is what we could and could not find.

Our verdict (editorial opinion)
Not enough current, independent evidence to judge Agency Navigator. Its own site is gone, its Trustpilot page holds four reviews from 2022–2023, and the Reddit thread we found does not mention the course. Many YouTube “reviews” exist, but we did not watch them.

What reviewers say
About the allegations on this page. Statements from Reddit, Trustpilot or YouTube users are their own opinions or accounts. We quote or summarise them with a link and date; we have not verified them, and we do not present them as fact.
- Trustpilot: agencynavigator.com: four reviews, all unprompted and dated 2022–2023. Three use the word “scam” and two call the course “outdated”; one says the course dates from 2018. The most detailed (Dec 2023) complains about an assigned “concierge” and says the reviewer lost money. These are individual opinions, a long time ago, and too few to generalise from. Trustpilot no longer accepts reviews for the profile.
- Trustpilot: Digital Launchpad: 3.5 from 3 reviews. Two are positive about the coaches and courses. One (Jul 2025) says it was “very very hard to cancel your subscribtion”. Digital Launchpad replied that it processed the cancellation “within just a few hours” of first contact and that its terms describe a monthly recurring plan. Trustpilot's panel says the company has not invited customers recently, “so reviews may not be representative”. With so few reviews, the score tells you very little.
- Reddit: the only thread we found (r/Scams, 2024) has a deleted post and comments about a chargeback; nothing in it names Agency Navigator, so we do not use it.
The seller's side
The Digital Launchpad page says “Over 30,000+ users from 175+ countries have joined”, shows member success stories, and states: “These outcomes are not typical, we do not guarantee any specific outcome, and your results may vary.” We did not find a refund policy on that page.
Our verdict
We are withholding a verdict on Agency Navigator. The course does not appear to be sold on its own site any more, and the independent evidence is old and thin. What would change this: a current sales page or terms from the seller, or recent buyer accounts. If you are considering Digital Launchpad instead, it costs $37 a month, so check how to cancel before you join.
