eLearn Empire review: a 2022 course-creator bundle with high refunds and no sales page left

eLearn Empire is a video-course creation and marketing tool that Brett Ingram launched on JVZoo in November 2022. The JVZoo listing we could check is the all-in-one bundle. Its refund rate is about twice the median, the sales page is offline, and every review we could read is an affiliate page.

Our verdict (editorial opinion)

Too little current evidence, and the refund rate is high. JVZoo shows a 13.33% refund rate on the bundle's own sales and 8.91% across the funnel; the median is 6.71% (OTO Ledger, 21 Oct 2026). OTO Ledger's page describes this rate as “at or below” the 6.71% median; it is above it. Huda Review now says “This offer is no longer available!”

Not enough third-party information to reach a full verdict

We looked for independent evidence and did not find enough to judge whether this product does what it says. Most of what is published about it comes from the vendor or from affiliates who earn a commission if you buy. Here is exactly what we checked and what was missing.

What we checked

  • JVZoo data via otoledger.com (captured 21 Oct 2026)
  • Two affiliate reviews: Flashreviewz and Huda Review (both read 31 Oct 2026)
  • The vendor's record of 11 JVZoo launches

What was missing

  • The sales page (OTO Ledger recorded it as unreachable; Huda Review says the offer is no longer available)
  • Any independent buyer report
  • Whether the software is still maintained in 2026

Claims that need corroboration before a fair verdict is possible

  • “The World's #1 Video Course Creator Studio” (Flashreviewz headline)
  • That courses made with it will sell

If you have bought this product, we would like to hear what you received, what you paid in total and whether a refund was honoured. Contact us. We will update this page when better evidence exists.

What the refund numbers say

About one in eight bundle buyers asked for a refund (13.33%, OTO Ledger, 21 Oct 2026). We cannot know why. Brett Ingram's 11 JVZoo launches average 10.7% refunds (same source); his PLR Empire bundle showed 17.54%.

Is eLearn Empire a scam or legit?

It was a real launch from a long-standing JVZoo vendor. Today there is no sales page to check, no independent review and a refund rate well above the median. If you want to make and sell a video course, mainstream platforms are easier to evaluate.

What we like

  • Real JVZoo launch from an established vendor
  • 30-day guarantee quoted by affiliates

What to watch out for

  • Bundle refund rate of 13.33%
  • Five upsells
  • Sales page offline
  • Only affiliate reviews

Alternatives

  • To publish a course to an existing audience, compare Udemy.
  • Same vendor: PLR Empire.
