Amazing Selling Machine (ASM) is a long-running ecommerce training program from Amazing.com, now sold as Amazing Selling Machine: AI Edition. It teaches private-label Amazon and Shopify brand building with AI tools and coaching. We read the seller's sales and checkout pages, Trustpilot profiles, several Reddit threads (including the company's own subreddit), and searched for regulator actions. We did not buy the program.

Our verdict (editorial opinion)
A real, long-running Amazon/Shopify training company with a clear published price — and recurring membership costs that some buyers say caught them out. Enrollment is advertised at $1,997 with lifetime ASM access and 12 months of Amazing Membership included; the membership then renews automatically at $97/month unless cancelled. Trustpilot and Reddit include both praise for coaching and complaints about renewals, refund windows and older payment-plan lock-in. We found no FTC action naming Amazing.com in our checks.

The seller also claims more than 39,000 people have taken ASM and that Amazing members have generated more than $2.5 billion in “verified member sales” tracked through Amazing Intelligence for connected U.S. Amazon accounts. Those are the company's figures; we have not audited them.

- Trustpilot: amazing.com (3.9 from 56 reviews, read 6 Nov 2026): recent five-star reviews praise hands-on coaching and personal attention. Critical reviews describe weak post-purchase support (August 2026: “The support is almost nonexistent after purchasing their membership”) and billing disputes. One reviewer says they joined a “One Product Away Challenge” in January 2026, were charged without a renewal notice they expected, were refused a refund after a 48-hour window, and briefly lost dashboard access.
- r/amazingsellingmachine, May 2024: u/PlentyMoreFood says they were charged an annual fee of about $1,500 without a renewal reminder they expected, tried to cancel two days later, and were refused a refund, writing that the confirmation email did not spell out the cancellation policy. A September 2026 reply from u/timarieg (a self-described former customer) warns that “lifetime access” to the ASM community they believed they bought “is no longer being honored” and asks the company to explain.
- r/FulfillmentByAmazon, May 2020: u/lethal_unicorn says friends were on a payment plan totaling about $4,000 and, past the then-30-day guarantee, faced contract language about collections if they stopped paying. Commenter u/calicomonkey says they followed an older premium track and were denied a refund until a credit-card chargeback. Commenter u/jordanwilson23 says ASM can “bring you up to speed… extremely fast” if you actually work, while also saying broke buyers should not spend thousands.
- r/AmazonSeller, Jul 2021: a buyer describes an “ASM Success Agreement” refund path and says the deadline to place an inventory deposit was shortened from 90 days to 60 days after they purchased, so they missed the terms they say they originally agreed to. This is one person's account, unverified.
- r/EarnExtraIncome, Sep 2025: a roundup post lists ASM among popular FBA courses as “super in-depth… but costs almost $3K”, and warns that affiliate rankings are common. The post links out to a commercial roundup site, so treat it as promotional context, not independent evidence.

The seller's side
Amazing.com presents ASM as a decade-plus program with lifetime training access, a 14-day refund and a longer Buy Back Promise for members who complete required milestones. The sales page states the $97/month renewal after year one in plain language. Trustpilot also carries recent five-star reviews that describe responsive coaching. Older Reddit commenters who are not promoting ASM still say the training can be useful if you treat Amazon FBA as a real business with inventory capital. We will publish a factual response from Amazing.com if they send one.
Our verdict
Mixed evidence; caution on total cost and renewals. ASM is a real product from a long-running company, with a published price and a large marketing footprint. The main risks in the record are financial, not “does the course exist”: enrollment is still about $2,000, inventory and ads are extra, membership renews after year one, and several buyers describe refund or renewal disputes. If you consider it, get the current order form, the membership renewal date and the Buy Back milestones in writing, diary the 14-day window, and budget for inventory separately.
