Verdict withheld on results: real live training with low refunds, but unaudited performance claims about a high-risk activity. JVZoo data shows a 4.43% funnel refund rate (OTO Ledger, 21 Oct 2026) and a series of earlier live masterclasses with similar low rates, so buyers mostly kept it. But the page's centrepiece (an 84.4% win rate over 436 trades and a $100,000 account growing to over $3.1 million in four years) is unaudited, and one testimonial name appears twice with different stories. Options are leveraged and can lose money quickly. Treat it as paid education, paper-trade first, and don't size trades from the sales page.

- What it is: a live online event (3 core days plus 2 bonus days, which is why some listings say “5 Day”) teaching a “Rolling Income Basket” options strategy on a watchlist of AI and quantum-computing stocks: 35–45-day positions with a 50% profit target (Official sales page (not an affiliate link)).
- Who: Sean Donahoe, who says he has traded for 26 years and founded Trade Canyon, Inc. and the Rebel Traders podcast.
- Price: $29 (against a “list price” of $2,876). A “Try It First Zero Risk” option averaged $12.44 per sale, and the page offers to “defer the full payment”.
- Upsell: a “Mega Bundle” at $499, 25+ sales, 0.0% refunds (OTO Ledger, JVZoo data, 21 Oct 2026). The page says it will sell “advanced programs later”.

What options trading involves
FINRA, the US broker regulator, says options offer leverage that “can come with the risk of significant losses”, require specific approval from your brokerage firm, and that you should read the Characteristics and Risks of Standardized Options disclosure before trading. Buyers of options can lose the whole premium; some selling strategies can lose more than the initial investment. A $29 class can't remove that risk. If you join, use the paper-trading the class itself recommends before risking money.
A series of similar masterclasses
OTO Ledger lists seven JVZoo launches by Sean Donahoe from Dec 2023 to Jun 2026, all sold as live multi-day masterclasses with a “Formula” or similar name: Yellow Brick Formula (Dec 2023, $99), TrendFlow Formula (Jul 2024, $99), Titan's Edge Formula (Oct 2024, $47), Rebel AI Formula (Jan 2026, $29) and AI Income Engine (Jun 2026, $47). Refund rates run from 2.08% to 6.12%, with a 4.9% average. The evidenced pattern is a low-priced live event every few months, each with optional higher-priced offers. We have not reviewed the other masterclasses; the format and refund history are the only things we can compare.
JVZoo marketplace figures: "OTO Ledger" refers to the third-party JVZoo tracker otoledger.com, which captured JVZoo's affiliate listing data on 21 Oct 2026. Its "median" is the median refund rate across the JVZoo funnels it tracks (6.71%). Refund rates are percentages of sales that were refunded as published by JVZoo; they are not a measure of product quality on their own, but a rate far above the median means many buyers asked for their money back.
Is Rebel AI Formula a scam or legit?
The low refund rates across several launches suggest buyers got the live training they paid for. That's different from evidence the strategy makes money: the performance figures are self-reported and unaudited. If you attend, treat it as education, not as a forecast of income.
